I need help determining where the TAN wire goes to. The GREY wire gets power when it is supposed to, and also goes to ground when it is supposed to. ![]() The TAN wire that attaches to the new door lock motor on the driver's side does not get power when pressing the lock/unlock switch, and does not go to ground either when the GREY wire that also attaches to the power door lock motor receives power. I know that the polarity is switched as you push either lock or unlock. I know that the lock/unlock switch sends power to the relay on the white or blue wire, and should return power back to the door on the TAN or GREY wire which attach to the door lock motor. I've replaced the door lock motor on the driver's side. ![]() The driver's side door lock switch operates the passenger door but not the driver's door. I have a 1996 Chevy K1500 Silverado with power locks. 1996 Chevy K1500 Silverado Door Lock issue.
